We took this engine in on trade. We originally built this engine. It is a 408 cid engine and made 690hp @ 6900 rpm and 558 ft/lb @ 5600 rpm.
This engine ran 6.30’s in the 1/8 mile and 9.90’s in the ¼ mile in a 3000+lb car w/ powerglide. Engine is built to run on motor, but will accept up to 275hp nitrous. This engine has been well maintained and just freshened here at Bennett Racing. All items listed above with * are new and replaced during freshen up.
This engine sold for new for $10,900.00. It features a Wil-Burt TFS Hi Port head casting that are very hard to find
